Truffles by Lisa W. and Marie A.

1 1/2 lb Milk Chocolate
2/3 cup Whipping Cream
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or orange oil, mint oil
 Slowly melt chocolate ( note: chocolate will burn if heated too quickly)
  1. Mix/beat chocolate until smooth.
  2. Warm whipping cream for 30 sec. in the microwave to take the chill off.
  3. Cover a "9x9" pan with waxed paper.
  4. Start mixer on medium speed-gently mixing the melted chocolate.
            1.   Pour warmed whipping cream into melted chocolate, all at once.
            2.   Add Vanilla, or orange oil or mint oil
            3.   Mix/beat truffle mix until light and fluffy

   6.  Pour truffle mix into the 9"x9" pan and allow to cool overnight.
   7.  Cut cooled truffle mix into1" squares
   8.  Prepare a bowl of melted chocolate for dipping
   9.  Dip 1" squares in chocolate and lay them on a sheet of waxed paper.
  10.  Drizzle melted white chocolate over truffles.  Put orange food coloring in the chocolate for the orange truffles, green for mint and so on.
