Lemon Bars by Amy J.

Crust:
1 C soft butter                                                        
1/2 C powdered sugar 
2 C flour
dash salt                              

Combine and press mix in a 9 x 13 pan.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until
edges have just started to brown.

Filling:
4 eggs, beaten                                                      
2 C sugar 
1/4 C flour
6 Tbsp lemon juice                                                     

Combine flour and sugar.  Mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice.  Pour into
slightly cooled crust.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Cool.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
