Mexican Wedding Cookies by Amy J.


1 Cup butter, softened
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
Blend together well
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Cups flour

Blend together well. Add:
1/8 tsp salt
1 or 2 cups chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)

Blend.  Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Roll in powdered sugar and serve.
