2 boxes Devils Food Cake mixes
4 eggs
1 ½ C vegetable shortening
1 can cream cheese frosting
Mix cake mix (unprepared), eggs and shortening, until mixed well (it will be very stiff). Bake at 350 degrees for 9 – 12 minutes. Cookies will be a little under done, but it makes them softer. Cool on cookie sheet. Cover inside with frosting and stick together. Very yummy!
