Sour Cream Cookies by Lisa H.

Sift together:
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy.  At low speed, beat in sour cream and vanilla.  Add dry ingredients and refrigerate for one hour.  Grease cookie sheets.  Drop dough (about one tablespoon) onto sheet and add sprinkles if desired.  Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown.
